From the moment I started my research I…

From the moment I started my research I knew i wanted to attend the yalin clinic, the communication was excellent as was the service I received during my two visits to Turkey.

On arriving at the airport the taxi was waiting for me with a board either my name, the transfer was very smooth and quick.

On arrival at the hotel I was checked in with ease nothing was a problem and I was told when I would be picked up for my first appointment, on arrival at the clinic I was personally greeted by Shireen head of Communications always smiling and a pleasure to meet, I was told what would be happening and when it would be happening, I was then taken through straight away for my xrays and from there everything was plain sailing, I could not fault the whole process, had another 3 appointments in the week I was there before coming back for my send visit 4 months later again the whole treatment process was 2nd to none as was transportation service and the hotel where i stayed, I cannot thank the team at Yalin Dental enough for the service they provided an would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for specialised dental treatment outwith the UK at a very big difference in price, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make sure you leave very satisfied 😄 😄 😄 😄 😄

A great help

I was in need of help/advice, I googled online legal advice, just answer popped up, a legal administrator contacted me via text chat to ask what kind of questions I'd like to know the answers too, and where i was from as law differs from different countries, im in Scotland I put my questions forward paid a fiver, I was told they would get the best placed person to give me an answer and as soon as possible, sure enough a lawyer based in Scotland contacted me within 30 mins and gave me the answers to the questions I was asking which I was very satisfied with, so I would definitely recommend just answer to anyone who is looking for just that in quick time at low cost.

The product was exactly what I was…

The product was exactly what I was looking for and did the trick, the delivery on the other hand was a complete shambles, as I paid nearly the same price as the product, £5.95 for deliver, it was delivered 5 days later and was not even delivered to my house, because they said no one was in, when in actual fact I had an hour delivery slot and there was 3 people in my house within that tracked delivery slot, i had to go to my nearest morrisons, which was 10 minutes away when I specifically paid for delivery to my door as I have mobility issues, there was plenty of places where the parcel could have been safely left and there was also plenty of neighbours in house at the specified time slot.
If a delivery driver can't find the address then they should call the customer not just mark it as not in, as there was not a hard copy of delivery attempt only an email.

I do apologise that your delivery did not go according to plan and that your order arrived to a DPD pickup shop instead of your house. I am unsure as to why DPD did not attempt the delivery. This is certainly very rare for this to happen as we don't normally have any issues with failed delivery attempts as our feedback shows.

As your a DPD app user, you might have inadvertently chosen a pickup shop as your default delivery option. I would strongly recommend that you check your profile setting because this can waive any claims with any online retailer who ships with DPD.

Under normal circumstances DPD would normally email the delivery steps they take to ensure the customer receives their parcel either at home or to a pick-up shop. Sadly, the pick-up shop is an option we cannot switch off as this to avoid your parcel being returned to us and this is also stated within our terms of sale to which you agreed to when purchasing.

The pickup shop provides parcel safety (to avoid your parcel being taken without your knowledge instead of it being left unattended) and is generally convenient as most pickup shops are within 3 miles from a customers address.

Unfortunately, the delivery fee £5.95 is set out by the delivery company and whether you spend £0.01 or £75.00 this is the delivery charge that is advertised. Regarding the delivery fee, we are probably one of the cheapest online within the electrical wholesaling industry.

Our standard delivery time is 2-5 working days, you placed your order on a Saturday (out of hours), your order left us on the 16/8/22 for delivery on Wednesday 17/8/22 - from our perspective we did everything possible to ensure your parcel left us in a reasonable time frame however sadly, DPD did let us and yourself down on this occasion.

I would also like to add, if you had contacted us about this issue at the time we would have been able to re-dispatch your order for you.

It is disappointing that we've received a negative review for something that is out of our control however, I hope that this experience will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future. Again, my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

not what I ordered

I normally only leave good reviews, but because I was so disappointed in what this company delivered to my door I'm just letting you know . I ordered a large luxurious bouquet of flowers as an apology to my wife but what arrived was what I can only describe as nice but very small bunch in a box and think I counted just 6 yes JUST SIX STEMS if I was lucky, they where not even anywhere near the same colour or foliage that i ordered, thus i would never order or recommend to any one to order from this company again.

Thank you for your feedback on the product received. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers.

We expect all orders to be made as close to the advertised image as possible. While we do allow for substitutions in our bouquets to account for seasonal variations and stock availability, the flowers should be of the same colour, style, quality and size as the image on the website.

Looking at the order history we can see that you are in contact with Customer Services who have requested a photo of the flowers received.
